Description:
The Technical University of Dresden, Germany, has a template for a diploma
thesis.

There a following issues on page 2:

a) The name and logo of the university is missing

b) There is an empty header

c) There is a footer, where no footer should be. The first page, where a footer
is shown is page 5. Additionally this footer does not change when the name of
the section changes in the document. The footer is always “Äussere Form und
Inhalt”.

d) The pagination starts a page 8 of the document, that means that page “1” is
the eight page of the document.

Hello Aron.
I have resolved Cache corruption issue in the bug report: tdf#89139.
It should now works fine in LibreoOffice 6.0. I'm closing this bug as fixed.

Please test different pivots, and let me know if it is working correctly.
If you find other corruption issues with pivot, please attach sample to bug
report tdf#89139

I can also confirm having this issue today with LO 5.4.1.2 on MacOS 10.11.6 El
Capitan.  It appears to be fixed by changing the "More" settings to "Back Side"
then "Front Side."  This seems to force a re-draw of the dialog box (and
possibly sends the document to the printing system again?).  I don't have a
printer connected at the moment, so I can't confirm that it actually prints as
expected.

Although I'm happy to participate by offering this bug report in hopes of
helping improve Libre Writer, I should tell you the bug reporting process and
interface is not user friendly. I've been a computer professional for two
decades, with only a year programming. Although I love recommending Libre
Office to the users I support, I can tell you honestly that over 95% of them
would never figure out how to properly report the bug, create a new login
credential here, navigate the forms' fields, ignore the right jargon and
respond to the relevant jargon, and then upload a "sanitized" document when
asked by email to "please share the document with me," despite the return
address by email being irrelevant.

The more easy and idiot-proof you can make bug reporting, the more regular
users will report bugs, and the quicker Libre Office will become widely adopted
by satisfied users who aren't techies like us.

Regardless, I remain a fan of Libre Office, and I appreciate your efforts.

A new Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64 with Firefox 55.0.3 x64 (using 10 processes) takes
like half a minute to render the page at 25-30% CPU but it does it. On second
try without rebooting the browser it renders it in under 10 seconds at very
similar CPU.

okay i think i've fixed this on master, at least as far as $PATH is concerned.

you can still screw it up by putting OpenSSL in C:/Windows/System/ and such but

i think this assertion doesn't happen any more on master as the Scheduler no
longer uses SolarMutex.

but the locking in that FmXFormShell class is still a disaster so i've hit it
with the big hammer.

Description:
I have a pivot table coming from a large table. I am using the filter option
when creating the pivot table, and when I click the Filter button on the pivot
table itself, I can create a criteria for filtering a large amount of data, but
the criteria itself is NOT showing on the pivot table, nor a sign that the data
is filtered (like a caption).

I am not refering to the buttons with small black triangles because these ones
turn to blue-with-dot when some filtering is made.

I mean the left-uppermost button named Filter on the pivot table.

This is NOT a bug, but a feature request. My intentions is to show off the
criteria that I am using when filtering a pivot table, so someone else will be
aware of the filtering I am performing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a table with three columns and 20 rows (i.e. Text, Date, Amount
columns, and generated values to populate the table)
2.Create a pivot table out of it, just showing the Date as rows labels, and
Sum-Amount as other column)
3.Filter the pivot table using «Text<>'R'» as criteria

Actual Results:  
You see the Filter bitton, but NO indication/caption/message of what criteria
is being used as filter

Expected Results:
To see «Text<>'R'» on the next cell, close to the Filter button (left-upper
corner of the pivot table)


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I asked this feature in AskLibreOffice, and Lupp suggested this should be a
feature request.

In LibreOffice Calc 5.4 the hyperlink does not work on Button. When you set the
hyperlink and save and exit it loses the action. It does this in both 64 bit
and 32 bit windows.e
Also the label is now sit to left and is not changeable on Buttons.
It works in 5.3 so I went back to it for now.

Is it better if you disable OpenGL for all rendering: menu Tools > Option >
LibreOffice > View.

yes, it's a problem with iwyu. A relevant bug report seems to be:

There is not much progress on the issue, though.

I trigger this problem only with self includes not by other cycles.

At the moment I compile once, fix the self includes in most common hpp headers
with a script (offapi and udkapi) and compile again. (Then I configure build to
use iwyu, 'touch' the source files I want to target and run make.)

It would already help to know all make targets for UNO api headers.

Empty database with form & button calling the report

Please note that in this empty database error handling is working.
If I can attach picture of error message?

1069 pages in pdf 1.6 (acrobat 7)

more than 150.000 words and more than 1 Million signs and some fonts.

needs 3,5 GB of my 8 GB Ram after 2 green graph runs and then nothing done
more.

import pdf function needs to much memory and runs against resource walls.



acrobat reader needs only 75 MB Ram in Task Manager.

import all from acrobat reader with copy paste in LOO Writer only 350 MB Ram
needed.

Factor 10 or more RAM needed in LOO Draw PDF importer.

Very disconcerting and concerning. Upon trying to save the document, the crash
message appears. Although I'm thankful that Libre Writer presents screens to
recover the document, I'm worried that many users will not take the
time--during concern they might have lost their document--to copy the URL to
report the bug, and then visit the Bugzilla site, and then create new login
credentials if they're new.

This can be 100% reproduced under VirtualBox (Lubuntu 16.04 /w latest HWE
kernel, + 3d acceleration /w 128mb graphics ram enabled in virtualbox).

Same crash on Intel integrated video.

Crashes with Libroffice 5.4.0 and 5.4.1.

Libreoffice 5.3.4 doesn't crash.

To duplicate...make a two slide presentation. Slide one has the title set to
"one". Slide two's title is the word "two" in red. Contents of slides doesn't
matter. Select slide transition on the right panel. Click fade icon. Instant
crash. 100% repeatable.

Note: if I change my virtualbox settings to remove 3d acceleration it works. I
believe this is because it changes the Linux graphics driver to the MESA
software rendering. Even though hardware and opengl is disabled in Libreoffice
clearly something OpenGL related in the transitions is still version specific
and crashing.

Note: If I switch my laptop from integrated (intel integrated i7 2620m) to
nvidia graphics the problem also goes away. So again...something in the OpenGL
fade transition is crashing. Maybe you are calling openGL 3+ calls which crash
the older drivers?

There are many bugs related to broken transitions going back multiple years.
:( They are all broken in different ways (flashes, white screens/black screen,
screen corruption, crashes) but they are all the same half-fixed bug in my
opinion.

I downgraded to Version 4.4.2.2, because the issue slowed down my work (I do a
lot of moving around within spreadsheets). 

I will upgrade soon for the sake of trouble shooting, but it will have to wait
