[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 118536] Memory for eight blank documents is rather high (480 MB x64) with OpenGL enabled
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118536 Aron Budea changed: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW Ever confirmed|0 |1 Blocks||93529 --- Comment #4 from Aron Budea --- Certainly not driver-specific, I get roughly the same numbers with 1 & 8 empty Writer documents. Each document adds: - ~28 MB with OpenGL enabled, - ~18 MB with OpenGL disabled. No idea what accounts for the 10 MB difference, and if there should be a difference at all. I'll confirm it for now, and if a dev disagrees, they can change the status with an explanation. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97987 Mike changed: What|Removed |Added CC||bugzilla@mkr.email --- Comment #9 from Mike --- I use a Lumia 550 with the final release of Windows Mobile 10 (10.0.15254.490) and the latest release of the Office Mobile apps (16002.10325.20036.0). There were two issues a) Word Mobile says, that the document is in an 'old version'. I could not reproduce these with the recent version. I also created some new test cases with 6.1RC2. Word just opened the files. b) Office Mobile handles all files as read-on. Only saving a copy of a document is possible. In the latest releases of Office Mobile you need an Office365 subscription to edit documents. That does not mean you need to open the browser to edit a document. It's just about the license stored inside the phone. An account in the MS App Store is not enough. Office Mobile needs an additional activation. You can see App's version and license type in 'Settings'→ 'Info'. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 113386] EDITING: draw arrows in Impress (Online)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113386 --- Comment #2 from mich...@opensourceecology.org --- -BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE- Hash: SHA512 Hi! Has there been any updates to this? Our organization would love to switch from google docs to LibreOffice Online, but this pending feature is what's blocking our adoption (thank you for adding hyperlink support in #113361; that was our other hangup) * https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/Google_docs_alternative We use a _lot_ of Google Docs Presentations throughout our documentation, much of which has simple graphics or annotations of pictures for the open source machines we build--requiring the ability to draw lines/arrows/shapes. For example: * https://wiki.opensourceecology.org/wiki/CEB_Press_Controller_v17.08 If LibreOffice Online Impress could support drawing simple lines, arrows, and shapes, then we could finally make the jump from Google Docs to an open source alternative. Is there any ETA on when this feature would be complete?
