[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 122232] UI: Pressing Enter in a protected sheet doesn't jump to next row in every case
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122232 --- Comment #3 from Robert Großkopf --- (In reply to Durgapriyanka from comment #2) > Thank you for reporting the bug. I can confirm that the bug is present, but > in my case, the cursor jumps to G29 instead of C29 > It will jump to G29 when starting from G6. Could be this is intended, because all other fields of column G are write-protected: "Jump to next field, where input is possible." The behaviour here in LO 6.0 is: The cursor jumps to G7, but input isn't possible here. It will jump on LO 6.1.*/OpenSUSE to C29 when following the description and start with Tab from C6. When starting there and pressing Enter in G6 it will jump to C29. This couldn't have been intended, because the next field for input data will be C7. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

I don't understand how these packages running without implementing them into the system. Are these still using parts from the system? I assume yes since the issue still appears and given version still won't run and it still has issues. I also don't really understand the question about additional software. Ubuntu gives no option for dbgsym packages by default, it has to be implemented separately: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debug%20Symbol%20Packages That's all I added to my system. It's about debugging packages only nothing else. Also I think the LibreOffice PPA nothing else then then LibreOffice, I mean I didn't installed anything else on problematic system from that PPA what isn't installed on other system where LibreOffice works. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96459 --- Comment #5 from QA Administrators --- ** Please read this message in its entirety before responding ** To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=122215 --- Comment #5 from Luke Kendall --- Are you saying the problem only occurs to paragraphs with direct formatting? I don't see how that would happen on, say, the first few pages, which were all just typed in as Chapter Body style and have very little italicisation (direct formatting). Yet the paragraphs on those first few pages don't change. Nor do I understand how a paragraph can have multiple parent styles, unless you mean the style Chapter Body is a refinement of Text Body which is a refinement of Default - or something like that? Is there some recommended reading for how to follow a disciplined use of styles? As far as I'm aware, I have only used paragraph styles I have created, and used the Ctrl-I shortcut to apply italics where they are needed. Could you please provide a link for such a document so that we could test? As I cannot test the said behavior at the moment, you could help here in e.g. this way: attach a sample docx file without an extension, but with correct content type, to this issue, and check that downloading it actually reproduces the problem on your system.
