In old win x32 builds this would eventually crash, because of memory of the limit (sane solution). Consuming all resources today is pretty bad, it freezes the whole system. There are not many cases of this happening (as far I know) an i have no clue why the document here causing this problem to appear.. but even if this is a broken bug doc, it should not consume all the system memory available -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 147407] paste special resets to its default options without notification
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147407 --- Comment #2 from Viruch Hemapanpairo --- Sorry, I just found the changed behavior of the Paste Special Function after posted this report. Normally, prior to v7.3.0 any options selected once can be use repeatedly by pressing only the "Enter Kay" and all of them will be reset to default by the next launch only. Anyway, starting from v7.3.0 this behavior can be done by clicking at the OK button instead while the "Enter Key" won't behave like the formerly usual way. I think there may be some design reasons on this which I'll adjust my custom way of clicking and pressing the "Enter Key" with the function instead. Thank you for your kind concern. I'll continue to use the v.7.3.x and learn more of its improvements. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 145963] Slow typing with version 7.1 or above on Windows 11
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145963 --- Comment #22 from Tim Perkin --- I'm also experiencing this issue on Windows 11. I think it's worth pointing out that spaces and some special characters type at normal speed. For example, periods, commas, exclamation points, semi-colons, colons, and quotation marks all type fast. However this is not true for all special characters. For example, brackets are slow. What's interesting is that whenever you type a character that "types fast" such as Space, all the letters you typed earlier which haven't displayed yet instantly appear. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147419 Ken Chapman changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDINFO|RESOLVED Resolution|--- |NOTABUG --- Comment #3 from Ken Chapman --- Hi JBF, I was using ascending order. I just tried it again using descending order and it reversed them, but the numbers still weren't in order. So I looked at the actual cells that were out of order and lo and behold, there were hidden "`" in front of the numbers! Sorry about that. It was "bad" data, not the software. Sorry to take your time. It really had me baffled. I'll remember to check for that in the future. Thanks for your patience. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147422 Bug ID: 147422 Summary: Crash in: SfxItemPool::Remove(SfxPoolItem const &) Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.1.5.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Windows (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: robert.funn...@mcgill.ca This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-472062c4-8d8c-4861-9d13-a71ed9a10e13. = I had opened an 18-MB file (with a lot of graphics), accepted 2 deletions, attempted an Undo which didn't work, and then tried a Reload, and Writer crashed. I see that in 2018 I filed Bug 118333 after a crash when I'd also tried to Reload. I submitted an anonymized version of the file but the bug was not reproducible and it was closed. I'm afraid I don't have time for that now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
