What I see in the Bugzilla interface is that under the label "Attachments", it is clearly mentioned that the "Writer file contains an audio objet (4.54 MB, application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text)". Anyway, it's not so big deal, there is the possibility to export the file in PDF format which supports embedded multimedia objects. Inserting an OLE object in Writer, it is there by opening the file in Word.
