Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

SIMPLIFIED REPRO INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Verify (or set) Tools->Options->LibreOfficeDev Writer->General->Measurement
unit to "Inch"

2. Load any writer document which uses US Letter size (8.5" x 11" Portrait)
   (such as sample attached to this bug)
3. File->SaveAs and select Unified Office Format (.uot) as the file type; Save
4. File->Reload

RESULTS: The content vanishes

Format->Page Style->Page shows
   Format: User
   Width: 0.04"
   hEIGHT: 0.04"
