Hi Ken,

Yes a screenshot and pdf exports would be nice. I have tried to duplicate and
cannot. Also, please keep out superfluous stuff (like the info about why you're
doing what you're doing by pointing to another feature that everyone knows has
been requested). The code is freely available so feel free to implement the
full rotation of text (I've tried, it's a nightmare).

Marking as NEEDINFO - once the requested stuff has been added, set to
UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!

I don't see a difference between the ampersands.

Could you perhaps include a screenshot to illustrate the issue?
