But, not silent--rather it is unlabeled and responds as "Split Pane" and then
announces the title of the currently active Content Panel in the Deck.
But, agree that announcing Sidebar for the event when navigating into the
Sidbar frame (either the Deck or the Tab Bar) would be appropriate.
