yes is true NOT OUR BUG, but is a Zyxel with KAV filter bug with odt file. I
update this when Zyxel support.

I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do here. Reading your last comment, it
seems KAV antivirus modifies the document at download time. You should notify
it to the KAV team.

after reply of Tomaz Vajngerl 2017-02-27 17:46:44 UTC that wrote "it opened
fine for me" i focus attention before in profile, i reset it, download again
the odt file,opened, i read again all 000. 

So i was confused and i focus in antivirus inside zywall 110, KAV, i disabled
it download againd the file and it is now READABLE :)YES i can read it fine.

Impossible ? i Tested 3 time with different file odt from europass, so if i
disable KAV filter in zywall the downloaded file is good, if i enable KAV
filter in zywall the file is corrupted. If you want i can upload both the file.

So now i changed personal tags from
europass,cv to odt,zyawall,kav and REOPENED the staus

CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.8; UI Render: default; VCL: gtk3; Layout
Engine: new; 
Locale: es-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

with the french or the spanish documents.

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user
profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile (
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
