no, it's bad idea, because i will delete manual formatting from one place, and
all other place with manual formatting loses highlighting. need find it again

A individual function is better, IMHO

Yes, this is what I am interested in. Please describe what you have in mind. I
knew what highlighting looks like, but not what the function would look like to
do it.

just highlighting by any color, that defined user, for example violet.
