the same file "lost" the pages 3 and 8

please verify both pdf files of the same "original" writer. and the pdf file
are many different.

Reliability is compromomised.

Please, 
1. Verify the 3 and 8 pages "save as" "IMAGE".. in the original is "TXT +
IMAGE" separeted.
2. copy the file to LETTER more than 4 times, before save as PDF/A1a.
