Check that they are installed to your system with a LibreOffice install, then just select the font for direct formatting or in modifying a style. Just be sure they are OpenType(.otf), TrueType(.ttf) or Graphite fonts. Bitmap and Type1 postscript are no longer supported, but I don't believe that is what you seek.
