I have a network printer installed. When you disable a network adapter that is
associated with this printer, but you enable another adapter that is not
associated with the printer, the dialogs freeze. If all adapters are disabled
or if the adapter associated with the network printer is turned on, the dialogs
do not freeze.

I was resetting the user profile, it didn't help. On another computer, this
problem does not exist, but the program is rarely used there.

I use a regular monitor. Previously, there was no such problem, it appeared
after some time of using the program.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
