I've taken a look at oxygen theme, downloaded the oxt, renamed in into zip, unzipped it, I found no specific author, just "The LibreOffice Design Team". https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Team then searched about "oxygen", nothing. Anyway, if for each translation of each extension, people must contact the author of the extension, it won't be easy to get some results. Yes, Julien, You are right because if for one icon theme ("tema de iconos") one
extension is required, then for two or more icon themes ("temas de iconos")
several extensions are required.
So the proper translation to be correctly understood by us native Spanish
speakers should be expressed in plural like this:
"Añadir más temas de iconos vía extensiones"
