I didn't use Stefan's example, though. In contrast to Stefan's description it is sufficient to close and reopen the navigator, in order to make the button visible. It not only happens for the button, but for all other objects as well. It is still OK in 7.0.4.2. It seem that the technique for the navigator has been changed from 7.0 to 7.1, because in 7.1 there is an insert mark in form of a line, which does not appear in 7.0.
