If you put an bitmap so great as the page (e.g. A4) in the default page style->area->bitmap->style:custom position/size + size: 21cm * 29,7cm + position: Centre, the picture is not centred in the page but in the margins! There is no problem if the margins of the page are zero or symmetrically. If I disable that option, then the reference for the position is the page text area. I think, that behavior is correct. The page text area is the paper size without margins. It is the area where you will see the grid when you enable it.
