As you could see, the red dot for the comment is right on top of the zero. This happens all the time. In case you were wondering, I didn't adjust the height of the rows, they are the default. If I do adjust the height of the rows, then the red dot moves above the letter or number in that cell accordingly, but seeing as the row is default size, I viewed that is an issue to bring up. Red dot is right and it looks good , except when cell is full or content larger that cell. So Expected: "Red dot displayed slightly to the right of the last digit or letter." is not possible.
