Possibly better to close, and to have new when (if?) the work resumes on the
main problem.

Mike, do we want to keep these tickets around the Text Styles plan for the
stylist or WF/INV for now?

Thanks for explanation. So perhaps i will have a look at it, if stylist deck is
available in master.

This ticket is about the "text styles" tab of the Stylist deck that is in
preparation (expected the patch [1] to be implemented sooner). Point is that we
move PS and CS into one view. And by doing so we cannot show the interactive
elements on both without totally cluttering the UI. The proposed patch has no
interactions for CS and this ticket is a reminder to re-implement something,
ideally a context menu.

I suppose, you're talking about the sidebar. I don't understand the problem. In
styles tab we have "Fill format Mode" and - in a dropdown menu - "News Style
from Selection", "Update Selected Style" and "Load Styles from Template". This
is independent from choosing "Character Styles" or "Paragraph Styles". Sorry,
but could you please specify the problem?

Or is this not an actual problem, but a problem that would become actual, if we
follow bug 143987?
