Neither "Bug 148933 - Find and replace does not function as expected or
consistently" with "Document most recently used when bug happened again."
nor this one with " Testing file"
reproducible with with Server Installation of Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ Build
ID: 2a7fcaf582df3ada57ca519b50e29011973a1b6f
CPU-Threads: 12; BS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: default; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-US
Calc: Calc: threaded | Elementary Theme | Special devUserProfile (based on
my normal one)
?

My test results for Testing file 2022-05-04 18:41 UTC, Martin Srdoš:
24 Hits: "A" + Match Case
22 Hits: "A" + Match Case + Times New Roman
"A" in Line "Ending ..." are Arial!
16 Hits: "A" + Match Case + Times New Roman + 12px
Correct, "A" inCopyright line and Heading are not 12 px
 0 Hits: "A" + Match Case + Times New Roman + 12px + Bold

There seems to be a formatting problem in the sample document. Normally that
works fine for me. But if you search the sample document for "Bold"as the only
condition, there will be several hits, for example " |E " in line "Intro:
...". But none of the "A", although "A2" in the same line will be shown as
"Bold" in 'Character Format' dialog.

Some more research will be required concerning this document.

Yeah, its the same problem. Couldn't find the previous bug (this bug report)
so I started a new one. But the new one has an attachment of the document I
was most recently working on and the steps to take to duplicate the issue.

The bug 148933 seems like the same problem. Isn't these bugs duplicates?

Share your version of LibreOffice ("Help" -> "About LibreOffice" -> click the
copy button with "Version Information"). If your version is the 7.2.5.2, could
you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/

Is there a way to combine the two bug reports? I explained the steps I use in
the search process in Bug 148933

Thanks for getting back. I uploaded a chord sheet. It's attached to Bub
148933. That report has the steps. That report probably should have been
attached to this one somehow.

Hello Randy,

Thank you for reporting the bug.

I cant reproduce this problem. When I am finding Ases, or another letters,
everything work good. However, in the picture in attachement I see that your
searching mark more letters. My searching mark only one by one. However, I am
propably doing this thing differently than you are. Can you upload your
document of chords? And also write exactly step-by-step how do you search the
letters.

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided.
