REPRODUCED

STEP 1: Open divbar.xls 
STEP 2: Notice the split bar and save.You can see in attachment 2.1.png
STEP 3: Again open divbar.xls and save.You can see in attachement 2.2.png
STEP 4: Again open divbar.xls and save.You can see in attachement 2.3.png
STEP 5: In every .png (every time ,i open and save) , you can notice the split
bar moves automatically.

Environment: LibreOfficeDev-7.4.0.0.alpha0_2022-01-23-x86_64
 Operating System: Linux Mint 20.3
 Kernel: Linux 5.4.0-125-generic
 Architecture: x86-64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open divbar.xls
2. observe horizontal position of split bar
3. Save the file, Close the file
4. open divbar.xls
