The correctly docked to left docking position sidebar is persistent and will continue to be docked left on relaunch after LO shutdown and restart. The Sidebar width as set by drag (i.e. when expert config 'MinimumWidth' set false) is persistent and will be restored on relaunch after LO shutdown and restart.
