Some more questions:

- In the print dialog, what do you use for the "Paper Size"? This would have to
match the 3×5 card format (and the options available depend on the printer that
is selected)
- Have you tried exporting direct to PDF with "File > Exports as > Export as
PDF", and then check the size of the resulting PDF (in the file properties)? I
get a 3×5 inch PDF (which is 127×76 mm).

Thank you!

Someone asked for more information about this problem report so here we go.

Here is more version information from "About LibreOffice:"

Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build: e114eadc50a9f8d8c8a0567d..
Environment: CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 12.6
User Interface: UI render: default; VCL: osX
Locale: en-US (en US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Misc: Calc: threaded

To set the page size, I selected Format, Page Style, and then set the width to
5 and the height to 3. This is the only way I know to set page size to that of
an index card.

Thank you for your report, David.

Could you please give us your precise version and system information in Help >
About LibreOffice?
And how do you set the document size exactly?

I suspect you might have the same issue as in Bug 78916 or Bug 107030.
