I tried updating to version 7.4.3.2 and then the export created an intact file on my PC as well. I proceeded to de-install libre office and re-install version 7.3.7.2 which I was using previously and again the issue arose. Seems to me that the problem exists in the recommended stable version but was already fixed for the most recent versions.
