It was possible to solve the problem: save problematic ODS to XLXS in Calc, close Calc and open XLSX (then resave again to ODS) and it was functional. Author already hasn't old problematic XLS, but he wrote the primal operation (Access ... -> ODS in Calc) is already functional in newer LibreOffice 7.3.7.
