@Paul, your description of the content of the file seems to be related to some
private or sensible data. Please be aware that attaching a file makes the file
available to the public.

You could modify the data so it won't represent "real" data.
In any case, please try to make the file a meaningful representation of the
problem - we probably don't need all the columns and hundreds of rows; just
enough so the problem is clearly reproduced.
Please add in your next comment the info from LibreOffice menu Help > About (or
a similar menu for your OS).

Additionally, how exactly are you introducing the data? Are you typing-in each
value (especially the dates), or is the data imported (e.g. from some csv file
or similar), or is the data copy+pasted, or some other method?
