HIG has a section on Tabbed / Tabbed Compact https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design/Guidelines/ToolBar Another tab "Design" makes not much sense to me. It would be suited for Layout maybe. The NB's are very much designed on personal preferences and by occasional input here. Calc has Theme button in Layout. If those exist in Classic, they should also be in Tabbed. I'm not sure this is worthy of a place in the notebookbar yet. I mean - what does it actually do? AFAIK, it can only be used to adjust themes created by other word processors - and that LO can't initiate the use of themes. Plus where would you put it?
