Penalver --- It's not considered a bug, but an enhancement as per the top of the page > Importance > Enhancement. With this noted, I checked what Google Drive and latest Office 365 Word did. Both manifested a line after the table that wasn't able to be deleted, just like LibreOffice. In MacOS, the workaround tested working Linux+LO 3.3.2 of adjusting the spacing area doesn't remove the line. Users can't delete a trailing paragraph, and it's an ongoing issue since 2013 I guess? Maybe a function in a context menu or something, such as "Delete blank line after table". It's obviously possible to exit the XML (as in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154372) to remove the paragraph, so I guess it should be possible from within the GUI, too. Can someone familiar with this issue point to the relevant place in the source code? However, this creates an extra page as noted by Dennis Schridde in Comment 13. The only work around I have found is, as stated by Jean-Baptiste Faure in comment 6, to put the table in a frame.
