In general people are happy with Bug Submission Assistant - if there are specific things to make better (very specific) report them individually. If they aren't specific, they will be marked as INVALID. As for original error - this is fixed as far as I know - BSA is up and running just fine on Linux, Windows OSX on any browser. Bugzilla and the bug report page excel in trying to hide the actual bug submission form and when I find the time to report one of the many bugs in Libreoffice I always lose at least 5 minutes trying to find it. God forbid someone might actually waste some of YOUR time by entering something that is not useful. Let's instead waste their time by making the process as confusing as possible. I actually just found myself on the Libreoffice for Ubuntu bugreport page. Didn't even realize until I tried to submit something. I mean seriously.
