[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 45061] EDITING: drag-fill works only linearly (cannot fill both directions at once)
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45061 --- Comment #4 from AndreasHengst --- Confirm present in 7.3.0.3 Menu > Sheet > Fill Cells, also only offers Down or Right or Left or Up. Documentation (Calc Guide 7.0) contains this phrase: "Click and drag in the direction you want the cells to be filled, vertical or horizontal." [not both apparently] So if this non-bug ends up being an Enhancement, it affects several spots. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45061 --- Comment #2 from jmei...@worldimpact.org 2012-08-15 18:43:29 UTC --- Confirm that this is still present in 3.6.0.4 MS Excel allows for this two-way expansion of filling cells. So there may be user who expect the same experience. Google Spreadsheets operates the same as LibreOffice. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45061 sasha.libreoff...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added CC||sasha.libreoff...@gmail.com --- Comment #1 from sasha.libreoff...@gmail.com 2012-05-10 23:44:29 PDT --- Thanks for new idea Currently we should drag first in one direction then in another. This may have reason. By default Calc does auto-increment during drag. By separate dragging in different direction we can control incrementing of values. Vertical and horizontal separately. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-bugs mailing list Libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-bugs
