Changes: 1. Date format of Chinese (Taiwan) use four-digit YYYY instead of two-digit YY. Most of the YY are changed to YYYY. 2. Added R.O.C.EE-MM-DD format to meet CNS standard. 3. Added "/", "-" and "." as date separaters to fit common use in Taiwan. 4. Added (NN) for short type of NNNN.
