Open LibreOffice Writer V3.6.2.1 (RC1) 2. Choose "Save As" in the filemenu 3. Type in a filename (without a extension) for example: "Test" NOT "Test.odt"!!! 4. Click on the SAVE-Button You can now see that the file has been saved as "Test" and not as "Test.odt"!!! And FINALLY: 5. Choose "Save As" in the filemenu 6. Leave the same name unchanged in the filename field 7. CHOOSE ANOTHER FILEFORMAT LIKE Microsoft Word (.doc) 8.
