We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. Selecting the hyperlink or just doing a straight paste will hang LO writer or grind it to a standstill ( if the hyperlink is the first item in the list on the clipboard ) Both Firefox and Chrome copy both the hyperlink and the bitmap which causes writer problems if the hyperlink is the first in the list. GDB trace attached. By looking at the file the problem images seem to be base64 jpeg.
