I tested Version 3.6.5.2 (Build ID: 5b93205) portable and Version: 4.3.6.2 Build ID: d50a87b2e514536ed401c18000dad4660b6a169e and did not see the bug anymore. The shredded and color lines I haven't seen yet.I may case it was always black. BTW, when you look at my screen shots which I posted Nov 2012 the also have the DRAFT background.
