This is UI/usability bug. It will not hurt anyone if it's not fixed/implemented, but would increase usability and standardise toolbar buttons. All color picker icons in Calc now remember last used color and need just one click to apply it. With borders you need two clicks and pointing. :) Is this ok for easy hack list or something like that?
