Reproducible steps (exact steps on how you see the problem) 2. A test document that you have saved along with a pdf print of the document prior to closing (so we can clearly see that the image has moved) We don't know what format you're saving as (odt, doc, docxetc) and don't have the appropriate attachments Just for what it's worth: Attached you'll find a very simple test case where I inserted the lion image, saved as odt and opened it back up, it's in the correct location - no issues at all. Marking as NEEDINFO - once you answer all questions, provide reproducible steps and appropriate attachments mark as UNCONFIRMED and we will try to reproduce. I am using Linux Mint 14 MATE, LibreOffice Writer, 1:3.6.2~rc2 Images were copied from Google Images, using Firefox 17.0.1 Attached are the symbols I tried to use in creating a letterhead, so you could give it a whirl. Other symbols didn't work correctly, either. Making Business cards using templates, messed up, also.
