There are several reasons why I won't fix it. First it requires a whole new approach to deal with conditional format entries in the dialog which requires to rewrite several hundred lines of code. This has mostly to do with the fact that we remove the old dialog entry completely and create a new one every time you change the entry. Secondly and more important is that it only makes sense for the special case of having exactly the same amount of entries in the icon set case. Everything else results in an even worse UX. The right approach would be to use default values for the entries and leave the replacement behavior like it is now. However this would be another bug report and has little to do with the discussed issue. You can of course reopen the bug report if you want but please remove me then from the CC list.
