It seems here the problem only exists for one particular document? What might
have been damaged during a crash?
That document is not valid ODF due to

2013-01-31 11:30(?)} on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) with separate new
User Profile.
3.6.5 opens document without problems.
I created a valid ODF document from Sample with LibO 3.6.5, LibO 4.0.0.3 will
open that document without problems.
I will do some further examinations tomorrow

Due to latest results I doubt that it's related to Bug 60921, what do you
think?
