My comment from bug 131698:
The error exists the same in AOO, so likely inherited from OOo.

For me it seems as if the values for the handle position are converted somehow.
>From the numbers I see in file, it looks as if the values are treated as if
they are in 1/100 mm and then converted to twips. But instead, the values of
the handle position may not be touched at all, because they are relative to
svg:viewBox.
