I can "fix" the issue by adding a "bCanNew = sal_False" in the end of SfxCommonTemplateDialog_Impl::InvalidateBindings(this function is inside of file sfx2/source/dialog/templdlg.cxx), so it don't show the New options for the Presentation Style. But in this case, it does not show the New for Image Styles too... So, where can I proceed here?
