Anything less is indistinguishable from the default line. I will assume this is a quirk of my machine or display. Thanks for your help. The spreadsheet itself is rows 1 - 19. Originally, various rows were formatted with the bottom border widened to 0.50. Now, when I open it in ver. 4.2.4.2, the bottom borders are back to the default width. Within the original spreadsheet (rows 1 - 19), I can't change the width of any borders.
