No idea what your exact problem with HTML export is.  Please file a new bug
(and mention its ID here) clearly stating the exact problem with HTML export.

This has to be reverted back! This's a bug in itself! LO must support relative
links.

No, this's a problem with ODT also. This also effect HTML exports. The HTML
cannot refer relative links.

Documents getting bigger. Save times increasing...
