Yes. I just did a try with official packages (both main and Lithuanian UI) – no joy. The bug still there. (Additionaly got a Windows 7 machine and installed official Win package. In version 4.4.0.3 LibreOffice uses OpenCL. What about your graphics card? Two more conditions for bug reproduction: + LO GUI language Lithuanian lt_LT (With English GUI language (default) there is no bug) + drop-down Graphic in the sidebar should be expanded. Tested with fresh user profile too.
