@Adam : which program / version was used to create this document initially ?

The document appears to render OK for me with 

Version: 5.0.0.0.alpha1+
Build ID: 3ffed8635acd55a5989bf9a0f4bc9c20b0acd945
Locale : fr-FR (fr.UTF-8)

master build

I see 2-column layout containing text all the way down to Point (3) A Survey of
XPDL Implementations, then a table underneath, rendered correctly. Part of the
two-column layout extends over the bottom of one page to the next page, just
before Point (3), and is blank. Is this how it is supposed to look to you ?

Setting to NEEDINFO pending requested information, please set back to
UNCONFIRMED once you have answered the questions.
