Overview:
When using operators with bounds (such as integral, sum or product), the upper
bound looks displaced upwards. The middle-line of operator symbol is located
below middle-line of other text. But formulas are shown correctly when exported
to PDF files.

How to reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice.
2. Create a new formula.
3. Type:
int from a to b f(x)dx newline
sum from {i=1} to n x_i newline
prod from {i=1} to n x_i
