Ok, from private email exchange, it was determined that the cause was
LibreOffice file dialogs (Tools - Options - LibreOffice - General: Use
LibreOffice dialogs). After switching to Windows native dialogs, the reporter
was happy.

It sounds like previously it remembered the "root" position in your file
system, so it showed you all you drives. Now it has remembered some folder and
is displaying it to you by default.
I don't understand, why you are not seeing the drives in the left sidebar of
the save dialog in Windows.

Could you attach a screenshot of how it looks like? Maybe redact any filenames
etc. you don't want public using Paint, GIMP or whatever. Take screenshot with
Alt-PrtScr and paste to an image editor.

In any case, this doesn't sound like a problem with LibreOffice, but I can try
and help you.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.
