That branch has not all the commits, since some additional changes were required after pushing the branch to master. I can provide a single and clean patch with all the changes, if required, including the removal of the java files. I think the java version should stay in the master branch for the time being, while the QA tests verify that all the functionality has been ported correctly. Agreed on the source. But keeping the Branch and pull Time still makes sense. This is NOT a release build (at least under Windows): it installs to a different path, creates a separate Profile folder and creates a separate Program group. It follows the rules for a Dev build. Only RC builds have the same behavior as the final release. In any case the dialog in Alpha1 reflects a REGRESSION on the information in the About box in the master branch (since April 22nd) https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58034 -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/Libreoffice-qa-ANNOUNCE-libreoffice-4-1-0-0-alpha1-tag-created-tp4054044p4054866.html Sent from the QA mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ___ List Name: Libreoffice-qa mailing list Mail address: Libreoffice-qa@lists.freedesktop.org Change settings: http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-qa Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice-qa/

I believe this is the proper list indeed. I think what you just did is an excellent way to improve quality in LO and also communication between devs and QA. Congratulations and thanks! Do you know if the patch is included in the recently released Alpha1 (probably not since it was pushed to master yesterday)? https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=38820 Can you provide a link to the patch in gerrit (e.g. https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/3280/)? [Libreoffice-qa] Web Wizard ported to python
Hi, Excuse me if this is not the proper list to send this, but I've recently pushed a substantial amount of code to master, as result of the task to port the Web Wizard to python (bug 38820). I think the Agenda wizard has been recently integrated too, so I would kindly ask for some special attention to the Web and Agenda wizards functionality in the tests prior to the next release. Thanks. ___ List Name: Libreoffice-qa mailing list Mail address: Libreoffice-qa@lists.freedesktop.org Change settings: http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-qa Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/libreoffice-qa/
