2020-05-10 Thread Korrawit Pruegsanusak
Hello Manuel,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Could you please upload your ODS file to the bugzilla system?
I mean the file that you posted a mega.nz link in your first email,
and also the image file that you demonstrated in the video.
Because the files should be accessible to the developers
even after you deleted the mega.nz link.

Please also note that after uploading, the files will be public.
So, please remove any sensitive information before doing so.

Thank you again for helping us!
Best Regards,

[Libreoffice-qa] bibisect whiteboard proposal: remove redundant word

2012-06-02 Thread Korrawit Pruegsanusak
Hello all,

I'm thinking of current bibisect whiteboard. We have:
* bibisected35 for bugs in range
* bibisected35 bibisected35older for older bugs
* bibisected35 bibisected35newer for newer bugs

Do the last two sound redundant? If we have bibisected35older, we
surely have bibisected35. :)

So, my proposal: remove bibisected35 if we have *older or *newer.

Pros:
* not redundant
* easier querying - currently we have to exclude *older, but if we
have only *older, we can use match the word: bibisected35 to
automatically exclude *older or *newer
* ?

Cons:
* it generates mails when changing
* ?

Did I missed something or misunderstood something? Please feel free to
tell me :)

[Libreoffice-qa] 3.5 daily build (will be 3.5.3) crash opening pptx ?

2012-04-16 Thread Korrawit Pruegsanusak
Hello all,

I've tested libreoffice-3-5 daily build on Windows XP, timestamp
2012-04-12_08.57.37, Build ID:
78c43c0-a73d29c-6845e52-f269e46-186d9ed, download from [1].

I found that it crashed even when open the blank .pptx file created
from MSO2007 [2].
It crashed when open file in fdo#37311 [3], fdo#47434 [4].

All 3 files mentioned weren't crashed in 3.5.2, so, if someone
confirms this, it might be a blocker of 3.5.3. [5]

So, testing with more recent daily builds and/or another platform is
appreciated :-)

Hello all,

While checking for AOOo issues from Symphony [1], I came across bug
118951 [2], which I don't understand what exactly is the bug.

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks! :-)

Re: [Libreoffice-qa] Minutes - QA related - TSC call 2012-02-09

Thanks for this :-) but could you please copy the text here as well?

Because
(1) It's time-consuming to see the mail with nothing other than one
link. Readers have to open a mail, then open a link.
(2) ESC-call does write the text in a mail

Anyway, you could also provide this link together with the text. :-)

Well, we should *partially* revert
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33468
Links to commit are in comment 3 and 4.

But IMHO we are string-freezed, so this will happen in master (3.6) only, right?

Re: [Libreoffice-qa] End of the line for 3.3 family and regressions

2011-12-10 Thread Korrawit Pruegsanusak
Hello Pedro, all,

This maybe a bit off topic, but IMHO we have some general cases, for example:
* the bug is explicitly fixed in next 3.4/3.5 release, but not in
reporter's version
* the bug disappeared in next 3.4/3.5 release, without explicit fix
* the bug that isn't fixed yet since 3.3 release, and is also in 3.4/3.5 release
* the bug has been set version incorrectly
* the bug has insufficient information to triage/reproduce, and/or
inactive reporters threshold for inactivity needed
* etc (if any)

So, what should we do to each group of bugs? Anyway, I'm not sure
whether there are how many bugs in each group, or even there is any
bug in some group. Maybe we need separate discussion?

Currently 3.3.x bugs that aren't fixed yet is ~1500 [1], assuming
reporters selected correct version.
And all bugs (whether or not they're fixed) with regression keywords
in 3.4.x is ~140 [2]
