Steps: 1) Open writer 2) Draw a shape 3) Click off the shape and the 'Formatting' toolbar appears without the 2nd toolbar row disappearing 4) Click the shape and the 2nd toolbar row will disappear before the 'Drawing Object Properties' toolbar appears. (In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #2) > Devs POV is that you go into formula/chart/etc. edit mode, which is kind of > a different application, and get the appropriate UI for that. The problem shown in attachment 124480 isnt about the toolbar issue when jumping into edit mode of OLE objects, but simply clicking on regular objects within a document, which changes the contextual formatting toolbar row. I had noticed this bug when you were screencasting on google hangouts from your windows VM, but assumed it was something specific to your setup. :D -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise
[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 90426] Calc context menu → Insert chart
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90426 Yousuf (Jay) Philipschanged: What|Removed |Added Keywords||needsUXEval Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW CC||philip...@hotmail.com Component|ux-advise |Calc Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #5 from Yousuf (Jay) Philips --- Hi vroth, Can you provide a screenshot of how this looks in excel, as i couldnt find it in excel 2010? Personally i dont think that insert chart should be in calc's default context menu as not everytime you select cells, do you want to insert a chart, and the insert chart button is easily accessible in the standard toolbar. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise
