In writer this doesnt change as writer always exports the outline with the
checkbox enabled or not, but presently it doesnt even export bookmarks when it
is checked (bug 78779).

We talked about the question in the design meeting and recommend to export
outlines (aka slide titles in Impress not slide names) to PDF, being enabled by
default. And the label should reflect the function and get changed to "Export
outlines" (also in other modules).

Removing UX keyword.
