[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 106534] Color set/ palette for charts missing since reorganization of color palettes
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106534 --- Comment #16 from Yousuf Philips (jay) --- (In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #15) > Calling colors by there alien names probably violates copyright. We should > rename the colors. The point of the colors is for users to identify that they are the same chart color palette used by default in MSO, so not sure how renaming them from 'MS Office 201X XXX' would be of benefit or be understandable to users. Also i've seen other office suites that have also used similar naming, e.g. Softmaker Office[1] uses 'Excel 2010' and 'Excel 5.0', so doubt there is an issue. Also we do have 'MS Excel' in our help. [Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 75398] Repurpose Sifr as the new hicontrast theme
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75398 --- Comment #12 from V Stuart Foote --- With a reduced palette (and picking up colors from DE theme) "monochrome" icons are the only way we can provide support for light and dark HC themes. We can not afford to design/deploy multiple icon sets, and would need additional logic for the HIGH_CONTRAST_ID to pick the "best" of several icon sets for a given HC theme. IIRC the existing HC icon support uses a single unsupported Galaxy derived icon set that is of marginal use and is limited to Dark HC themes. Dynamic icon coloring, even monochromatic, would meet our needs--and seems Sifr is the only supported icon set option we have as they were designed from the start to be intelligible as monochromatic (mostly). Using Sifr and dynamically assigning it a color (likely our FACECOLOR or DARKSHADOWCOLOR) as drawn from the os HC theme would be an efficient (and low effort) means of providing functional HC support for a11y. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise

[Libreoffice-ux-advise] [Bug 69993] PRINTING: Option "view zero values" does not affect the page style option "print zero values"
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69993 --- Comment #12 from Regina Henschel --- The property ShowZeroValues is per document. The setting in Tools > Options works on the current active document. For new documents it is always checked, in case you use the default document template. There is no ODF property for ShowZeroValues, but it is saved in the settings.xml. Content of the setting items in the settings.xml file are not standardized. So if LibreOffice decides to change the behavior so, that it is per sheet, that would be possible without ODF problems. For printing it is standardized in ODF. It is the attribute style:print in the element . -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Libreoffice-ux-advise mailing list Libreoffice-ux-advise@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice-ux-advise
